What Remains Become Precious explores the traces the body leaves behind and the ways memory becomes embedded in material. Through a series of contemporary brooches, the collection reflects on attachment, transformation and remembrance, considering jewellery as a vessel for what we keep, carry and cannot let go.

Developed as my final BA (Hons) Jewellery Design project, the pieces invite a quiet reflection on the emotional significance of objects and the enduring presence of what remains.

Between Bodies

Time Inscribed

A brooch tracing a passage of life through growth, loss and transformation, inspired by the timeline held within our teeth, from baby tooth to adult tooth and wisdom tooth.

Votive

A Shrine-like brooch containing woven hair, exploring devotion, remembrance and the intimate rituals of memory.
